PARTNERSHIP COLLABORATIONS PORTFOLIO

I have had the privilege of working with many organisational giants and pioneers in the maternal and perinatal mental health space. This has given me a breadth of experience that transcends the therapy room , spans community psychology and works towards facilitataing social justice and change.

FiveXMore

In 2020 I first collaborated with 5xmore by sharing valuable information of maternal mental health via their instagram channel. In 2024 I also contributed to maternal education on postpartum depressions and bipolar in pregnancy on Fivexmore’s youtube channel. In January 2025 I spoke at the soft lauch event for FivexMore digital resource appabout perinatal mental health and how to look after your mental health both as a mum and health care professionals working with mums. Most recently I attended their APPG in March 2026 as a trauma informed wellbeing consultant on hand to debrief with the experts by experience who bravely shared their maternity experiences as part of the Baroness Amos review.

Over the course of 2021 to 2022 I also supported the work of Prosperty’s CIC previously run by FivexMore co-founder, to offer free individualised therapy, group emotional wellness sessions, and birth preparation and postnatal wellness planning support for black mums navigating giving birth and the transition into motherhood during the Covid-19 pandemic.
