Individual Psychotherapy

This involves weekly face to face therapy which offers a warm, compassionate and you-focused space within which to express and process difficult feelings, as well as create new and more helpful ways of relating to both yourself and others. It is a space where you are encouraged to voice feelings and thoughts that may be confusing or hard to articulate in the company of friends and family. We will work collaboratively to address your difficulties and find ways to process, overcome and resolve them.

Online Therapy & Therapeutic advice

Online therapy is an alternative to face-to-face psychotherapy which is offered via Zoom or Skype.

Online therapeutic advice sessions involve a client-centred combination of therapeutic interventions, learning coping skills, emotional support and psychologically informed advice. This is for individuals who do not necessarily want consistent therapy but would like expert psychological support for certain issues or problems that arise in the course of their daily lives. This can be offered as a one-off session or as a package of 8 sessions to be used at your convenience within a period of 3 months.
